As a private pay practice, therapy services can be reimbursable through out-of-network (OON) benefits, depending on your insurance provider. We provide detailed invoices with appropriate therapy codes for submission.

Sessions are either bi-weekly or monthly, depending on your personalized plan, but the added benefit is that between sessions, you have access to unlimited messaging and resources tailored specifically to your needs, ensuring ongoing support.

Concierge Therapy is ideal for individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, or life transitions, especially those who are looking for a more intensive, personalized approach to emotional well-being.

Currently, Concierge Therapy is only available to residents of Indiana and New Jersey. However, check at the "Course" tab for additional options to work together.

Simply schedule an initial consultation call to see if Concierge Therapy is the right fit for you. After scheduling, you'll be asked to fill out a brief intake application. Once you’re onboarded, we’ll start working together on your goals immediately.

While we recommend a 4-month commitment for optimal results, you are not locked into any sort of contract and pay month to month.

While noticeable improvements often occur within the first 4 months of Concierge Therapy, many clients choose to continue working with me for 8 to 12 months. This extended period allows for deeper progress, sustained emotional growth, and long-term changes in communication, emotional regulation, and overall well-being. The length of therapy ultimately depends on your unique needs and goals, but I tailor the process to ensure you’re consistently making strides toward the life you want to lead.
