Confident Mom Course

The Confident Mom Self-Paced Course is an independent journey study for moms who want to navigate motherhood’s challenges at their own pace. This course offers tools and exercises that guide moms to let go of self-doubt, perfectionism, and guilt, fostering a renewed sense of calm and authentic confidence. Through engaging modules, reflective practices, and practical strategies, moms can develop greater self-worth, stronger boundaries, and a deeper connection with themselves and their families. Feel more balanced, joyful, and present in each moment of motherhood with this flexible, transformative course.

  • Access to the self-paced course that empowers moms to move beyond self-doubt and people-pleasing, helping them confidently manage stress, nurture self-worth, and improve relationships. The standalone course will walk you through my proven 4-step curriculum, with easy-to-follow video lessons, reflective exercises, and practices that fit into any busy mom’s schedule. Participants gain tools to set boundaries, manage anxiety, and embrace self-confidence—resulting in a calmer, more connected life with their family and themselves.

For those wanting more support, the Confident Mom Program is a transformative 4-month experience designed to support moms through the overwhelming changes and challenges of motherhood. Moms who join gain practical skills to release perfectionism, ease guilt, and embrace authentic confidence. With structured coaching sessions, personalized support, and actionable exercises, this program empowers moms to create more joy, deeper connections, and a greater sense of presence—in motherhood and in life. Enjoy balanced days and feel more like yourself as you learn how to parent with calm, confidence, and clarity.

    • Unlimited Real-Time Messaging – Access continuous support with text and voice messaging, so you can get answers and guidance whenever you need them—no waiting for the next scheduled call.

    • Bi-Weekly Check-Ins & Monthly Reflection Prompts – Regular, structured touchpoints and reflective exercises to help you apply insights from the curriculum directly to your life, maximizing personal growth.

  • Once you know what's happening, you'll focus on doing something about it. This module lays the framework for action by introducing concepts essential to doing the work; changing the relationship with your thoughts and feelings - helping to show yourself kindness and compassion.

  • Now that you have discovered the root of the challenge, it’s time to ditch the comfort zone that is no longer serving you. I help you take intentional steps toward making a change that gets you closer to your goals.

  • The Confident Mom Program is a 4-month coaching experience designed to help moms manage stress, overcome self-doubt, improve confidence, and achieve emotional balance in their daily lives.

  • Sessions are bi-weekly, depending on your personalized plan, but the added benefit is that between sessions, you have access to unlimited messaging and resources designed to fit into a busy parent’s schedule.

  • As a private pay practice, therapy services can be reimbursable through out-of-network (OON) benefits, depending on your insurance provider. We provide detailed invoices with appropriate therapy codes for submission.

  • While noticeable improvements often occur within the first 4 months of the program, many clients choose to continue working with me for 8 to 12 months. This extended period allows for deeper progress, sustained emotional growth, and long-term changes in communication, emotional regulation, and overall well-being.

  • Honestly, there's overlap, however, therapy focuses on clinical mental health treatment, whereas this program is coaching-based, focused on providing structured guidance, practical strategies, and ongoing support to help you achieve specific personal and family-related goals.
