I’ve always been an anxious worrier—overthinking, stressing over getting things right — chasing happiness and love. But no matter how hard I tried, how hard I worked, it often felt like I was missing the mark.
Parenthood amplified so many of my struggles with people-pleasing, perfectionism, and the need for control. But it also gave me the push I needed to dive deeper into the work I’d been avoiding—work I knew was important but felt scary to face.
I didn’t want to miss the little moments with my kids or be so busy and overwhelmed that I couldn’t enjoy life with them. I didn’t want them to grow up hating on themselves as much as I often did. More than that, I wanted to feel better. I wanted to let go, trust, and believe that even when I wasn’t in “control”, everything would still be okay.
That journey led me here, to creating this program. I believe in the power of confidence and authenticity, and I know firsthand that it starts with learning to release the pressure and be present. It’s not easy work, but it’s worth it—and I’m here to help guide you along the way.

By working outside of insurance, we can focus on what you need most without restrictions, ensuring you get the personalized support you deserve.
